When old man Winter is just around the corner, it is time for the last freeride of 2017, the Fall Free-4-All at the Historic Maryhill Loops Road. This is just gathering of friends and world class athletes for a weekend of fun and skateboarding the legendary Maryhill Loops Road, not far away in Goldendale, Washington by the Oregon border.

We’ve been too busy this summer to chase down sponsors for the Highway Jams and really don’t like to beg. So, we have something special for ya’ll to kick off a four, yes FOUR, event Highway Jam Series for end of Summer and early Fall. We will be hitting four different destinations, Highway 1 East, Highway 99 South, Sea to Sky, and the Island Highway. Sidewalk Skate Session: Chinatown DIY Kicker
Typically we only skate the closest and most obvious spots to our skateshop under the cover of darkness. Less pedestrians, cooler outside, and more time to generally lurk and skateboard versus hit it and quit it. Every now and then we get a little frisky on a Sunday night out front of the store. ChinatownYVR gets quiet after the daily hustle and Sunday nights shops tend to close a bit earlier. With some warm setting sunlight through the Downtown Vancouver high-rises, some of the Flatspot Longboard Shop team pulled out one of the DIY kickers onto the sidewalk and started a little impromptu skate session. // read more

Locals Nicholas Perrigaud & Jake Ballantyne Team Up for Vibrations
Locals Nicholas Perrigaud and Jake Ballantyne have been lurking the hills of our surrounding area for sometime and regularly come by the shop. Both incredibly nice guys and talented skaters, Jake also happens to be a talented video creator as well. The two paired up for a new edit featuring Nic and it turned out bangin. We couldn’t be more stoked for both of them! Congrats guys!
