What are you shipping deadlines for the holiday season (2016)
We understand that many of you will be shopping for gifts and ensuring your packages arrive on time is very important. Since we offer several shipping methods there are multiple options to guarantee that your order arrives in time to make it under the tree. Shipping within British Columbia
Ground Shipping: All orders must be placed by December 18th
Express Shipping: All orders must be placed by December 20th
Shipping to the rest of Canada and US
Ground Shipping: All orders must be placed by December 11th
Express Shipping: All orders must be placed by December 18th
Shipping to the rest of the world
Please note that all other international shipments are subject to border inspections which may lead to delays. It’s for this reason we’re unable to accurately give a final shipping date. However if you are looking to place an order and would like an accurate estimate of arrival time we highly suggest contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I live in a rural part of the country, can you ship to me?
We understand that some shipping providers may not deliver to every city, especially across Canada. We give our customers the option to choose a shipping provider that is right for them based on cost, time and their location. While Purolator & UPS will often be the faster options, Canada Post will deliver to almost every city in Canada.

Does shipping include import taxes?
We’re not experts on the tax requirements for each country, or even each package. Some packages may be subject to import fees, taxes or customs brokerage which will be due at time of delivery. We are not responsible for the taxes or duties that are charged on top of shipping costs and you will be required to pay them. For more information regarding these fees it’s best to contact your local customs agency.
My product is the wrong size! Can I get a different size?
If you order a size specific product and it doesn’t fit it is possible to get it replaced for a better fit.
If we sent you the wrong size than we will swap it out at no cost to you. We have yet to do this and will do everything we can to ensure it doesn’t!
If you ordered the incorrect size we will ask you to pay for the shipping required to replace the product.
Do you ship to my country?
What are my shipping provider options?
Does my purchase come with a warranty?
Yes. The only type of product that qualifies for a warranty is one with a factory defect. That means that the product was never manufactured properly in the first place. If your product is either not to spec or performs inadequately email us describing your problem. Make sure to include photos. If it is indeed a factory defect we will ensure that your product is replaced. We will require you to ship the effective product before we send a replacement with no cost to yourself.
Some examples of warranties include: a warped board, mis-pored or “swirled” wheels.
Incorrect sizing is not a factory defect.
When will my package arrive?
After your order has shipped, most domestic and US orders will arrive between 2-6 days. All other international shipment times may vary. Best way to verify shipping times is to check out tracking number provided to you once your order has shipped.

Do I get a tracking number? If so, when will I receive it?
All orders shipped via Purolator and UPS will include a tracking number. Canada Post Flat Rate and Small Parcel post do not include tracking.
Flatspot Longboards processes orders Monday-Friday, all orders placed on weekends, or after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once we have shipped your item you will receive an email with you tracking information from our shipping provider.
