Eastside Longboards – DK DropKick – Deck

Eastside Longboards – DK DropKick – Deck

Length: 39.5″ Width: 9.75″ WB: 26.75″ Rocker: 0.75″

DK DropKick Deck only – No trucks and wheels.

We went all out creating what our fan’s wanted; a freerider’s dream board with drop-through mounting and double kicks. The mold we designed for this board has a very comfortable and effective concave featuring rocker, foot flairs, and mellow “W” running down the center. All this combined locks you in for downhill and sliding at speed while still comfortable for pushing. The kick-tails are shaped wide and long enough to actually use them in a functional and confident way to drop off curbs and lift up the wheels when riding. The mold was specially designed to strengthen the kick-tails and increase the overall durability.

Double the pleasure with two kicks to leverage whatever tricks you can imagine! With the lowered platform created by the drop-through mounting and rocker combo, this board is perfect for LDP as well. It makes it our most versatile design that’s able to do it all! We highly recommend it for beginner riders learning to longboard. It’s low riding, meaning easy to push, stable at speed, and easy to learn how to slide on. The intermediate rider will enjoy progressing with this stiff drop-thru freeride deck featuring really useful kick-tails.

Constructed solid and stiff with 8 plies of the highest quality longboard grade maple and laminated in our special mold with a non-toxic waterproof glue. The board is stained black on both sides leaving some natural wood grain showing through. The rails are left unstained with the natural wood color to highlight the shape and contours. The graphic design, last updated in November 2021, incorporates a topographical map featuring the surrounding hills of the notorious Portland Zoo Bomb run.

Recommended Trucks: 10″ / 50 degree Reverse Kingpin longboard trucks: Paris, Bear, Gullwing

Rocket – Hades – Deck

The Hades is a hardline downhill and fast freeride board. The rocker is restricted to the foot platform so there is no influence on the angle of the trucks. Thanks to the wheel well flares and the flush cut at the front, the concave continues despite the flat nose. This allows the rider to stand above the front truck. A steady stance in the tuck is guaranteed by the slight rocker in the front half of the board. The steeper part of the asymmetrical rocker and the slight w-concave at the back of the board provide a pocket for the rider’s foot. So you can even ride fast sweepers in a tuck without changing the position of your foot. Combined with the wheel well flares at the back, the rider always gets good feedback on his position on the board.

Our proven maple / carbon construction makes this board ultra stiff and extremely durable and long-lasting.

Earthwing – Hoopty Wide Body 34 – Deck

Earthwing Skateboards – Hoopty Wide Body 34 – Longboard Deck

This Downhill Topmount is Sleek, Fast and Functional. Just what you need in a tanky 9 Ply Construction!

Meant for fast downhill and freeriding, it features a simple yet functional radial concave that is deep enough to be functional as is, and is what we like to call “DIY friendly”. The concave is perfect if you want to redrill your wheelbase, chop it to your preferred width, or even add griptape implants to customize lock-in and leverage.

This Time around we gave the Hootpy the “wide-body” treatment, filling out the waist and reducing the amount of taper. This deck fits in perfectly with todays top mounts and can be mounted up with 180mm trucks and round lip wheels for fast freeriding. Or load it up with 165mm to liven up your setup and attack corners with ease. If you really want to start pinning lines be sure to throw on some of those fat grippy race wheels!

If you’re into fast downhill and a simple concave with tons of leverage, this is the race car you want! This deck gives you options in a simple, sleek and affordable package!!

*Recommend using 1/8″ risers for wheels larger than 75mm.

Team Rider Mackenzie Yoshida is most at home on his skateboard riding the gnarly concrete ditches that seem to be everywhere on his home island of Oahu. The terrain he skates isn’t for the faint of heart and when the going gets rough, he reaches for the Ditch Life. At 31″ long by 9.75″ wide it has the extra width needed to add confidence and stability to ride away from tricks on big obstacles. Power carving down your local hill or slashing a bank is also made easier by the extra surface area.
