Loaded Board – Ballona Moby – Complete

Loaded Board – Ballona Moby – Complete

Agile, compact, and light, the Loaded Ballona elevates the mini cruiser experience. Meticulously sculpted curvatures result in a unique mini “longboard” with tuned steering and responsive handling. Perfect for urban commuting, people slalom, driveway slashing, pump tracks, and skatepark flow. Small in stature, colossal in character.

CURVACEOUS CONFIDENCE
Subtle rocker in the standing platform transitions into the unique “Whale Belly” spoon concave in the nose, which locks in the front foot and allows for a secure stance behind or on top of the truck. This also wedges the front truck for dramatically enhanced agility, resulting in a slalom-style steering bias that allows the more stable rear end to track the more nimble front end.

VERSATILE VARIATIONS
The Ballona includes two wheelbase options for a range of performance characteristics. The outer (16″) wheelbase is designed for reverse-kingpin trucks and/or more stability, while the inner (14.75″) wheelbase is intended for traditional-kingpin (street) trucks and/or more maneuverability. The two deck graphics are offered in uniquely curated complete setups; choose Moby to slash every driveway in sight or Willy for a premium carving and pumping machine.

CLASSIC LAYUP WITH A TWIST
Custom 7-ply maple construction with thicker cross veneers for optimal stiffness, crisp pop, and a smooth ride.

GRAPHICS
Tomás Güereña (a.k.a. “screw”) is influenced by Robert Delaunay, cosmological geometry, Native American art, contemporary urban art, and the marine environment. He created the Willy and Moby Ballona graphics, respectively, through abstract and figurative approaches.

MANEUVERABLE & COMPACT
The Ballona’s mild concave and generous width ensure a comfortable stance and plenty of leverage and control. A short, wide tail and minimal nose provide optimal maneuverability and leverage for slides and tricks in a compact package.

Landyachtz Longboards – Switchblade 40 Atmosphere – Complete Drop Thru Drop Deck

Dominate the Hills, Cruise the Streets
Built for speed, precision, and total control, the Switchblade is the ultimate board for downhill and freeriding. Engineered with a double-drop design, this board sits low for maximum stability, easy pushing, and locked-in slides. Whether you’re bombing mountain roads, dialing in stand-up slides, or just carving through the city, the Switchblade has your back.

Key Features:
Ultra-Low Ride – Dropped platform and drop-through mounting keep you closer to the ground for stability at high speed and easy pushing.
Locked-In Control – Deep concave and foot pockets at the drops lock your feet in, so you can push your limits without slipping.
Freeride & Downhill capable – Perfectly tuned for fast freeriding, technical slides, and full-throttle downhill runs.
Symmetrical Shape – Ride switch with total confidence and style.
Built Tough – 8-ply maple construction gives you a stiff, responsive ride with minimal flex that stays solid under pressure. MADE IN CANADA
Artwork by Oleksiy Khmelov

Out of the box, it’s fully dialed with Bear Gen 6 Bear trucks, the setup provides deep, responsive carves and smooth transitions into drifts, giving riders total control in technical terrain. The 70mm Supreme Hawgs wheels, known for their buttery slides and excellent grip, allow for seamless drift transitions, making it easy to initiate and control slides while maintaining speed. When it comes to downhill racing, the Switchblade has proven itself as a true contender, consistently topping podiums in competitive events. Whether you’re taking tight turns or bombing fast, technical runs, this board is the perfect choice for racers who want to take their skills to the next level. The deck’s aggressive concave and deep foot pockets lock your feet in place, providing a secure stance that enhances confidence during long stand-up slides and quick speed checks. Its low center of gravity reduces the risk of speed wobbles, making high-speed slides more stable and easier to initiate. Whether you’re learning stand-ups, perfecting pre-drifts, or sending massive slides down steep hills, the Switchblade’s design and setup provide the ideal combination of control, comfort, and confidence for freeride enthusiasts. The Switchblade 38 is the more compact version of the classic Switchblade, measuring 38″ long by 9.8″ wide, offering extra grip and agility for aggressive riding. The smaller deck size makes it easier to control stand-up slides and quick speed checks, making it a great choice for riders who prefer a more playful freeride experience. Additionally, its lighter weight makes it more portable and easier to push, making it a great choice for both freeride sessions and casual commuting.

Landyachtz – Drop Cat 38 Python – Complete

Landyachtz Longboards – Drop Cat 38 Python – Complete

Time-tested maple construction and super low ride height come together with a futuristic rocker profile to create a board that lets you travel through time to sample the very best of what we’ve learned over 20-plus years of designing boards. The Dune graphic is created by Jesse Stone. This larger, directional drop-through longboard comes in at 38″ long by 9.9″ wide. 8 ply construction in a board of this size results in a tiny amount of dampening flex which works to smooth out your ride on any rougher roads while still being stiff enough to handle some speed and sliding. This board also has a healthy dose of rocker and aggressive concave to keep your feet comfortable and locked in place while freeriding. You will notice the flares starting to rise as your foot nears the four corners of the standing platform, which gives you great reference points, so you know exactly where your feet are without looking down. The longer wheelbase and larger turning circle of the 38” version of the Drop Cat means that you can savor each carve a little more and utilize a laid back, flowy riding style. Having a wider standing platform also allows you to spread your feet out more which makes it easier to balance and makes this board slightly more predictable than the smaller 33” version. The Drop Cat comes equipped with our flagship 50-degree 180mm Grizzly Gen 6 trucks ideal for deep carves and confident cruising as well as some big 72mm 78a Plow King wheels for a smooth, fast and super grippy ride.

If you know Flatspot, you know that we are located in a challenging neighbourhood, but it is our neighbourhood and community and we love it. Skateboarding has been an outcast and outlaw for most of its existence and we feel at home in our hood. Unfortunately, the inner city brings some frustrations, mostly in the form of occasionally broken windows. This past week, we took a loss and need some help to get our window repaired. So many from our community have reached out and offered their support. It’s been incredible, heartwarming, and overwhelming. Y’all are so great! We want to give back to the community that is rallying around us. So in an effort to give thanks, and with the support of our brands, we’re hosting a raffle! Find out how to support and enter…

So many of our friends, fans, customers and community have reached out to ask how they can help. Some have shared our challenges on their socials, others have made purchases, and still others have just straight up made donations. You kindness and consideration has really lifted our spirits and is even a little bit much for us to handle in some ways. We can’t thank you enough. In an effort to give back, even when we’ve been knocked down, we have connected with out brands to bring together a stack of prizes to Raffle off.

raf·fle
/ˈraf(ə)l/
noun
a means of raising money by selling numbered tickets, one or some of which are subsequently drawn at random, the holder or holders of such tickets winning a prize.
“a raffle ticket”

Seems pretty simple right? Right. There are lots of ways for us to raise funds. In the past we have done an auction. So, why would we run a raffle rather than an auction? Well, auctions often fall strictly to the individual(s) that have the most money to play with and this isn’t our goal. You know if you buy a ticket you have a chance of winning and it’s not simply based on how much you have or how much you can give. That’s important to us because we wanted give you an opportunity to support and win without it being capitalistic – every bit helps and we appreciate it all.

How to Win

There are three ways to enter and win!

  • If you like, share, and tag a friend in the post, you will be entered into the raffle at no cost and will receive (1) entry. *Maximum of one (1) entry.
  • If you buy a raffle ticket for $25, you will be entered into the raffle and receive three (3) entries for every $25 ticket you purchase. *One Raffle ticket per person, maximum three (3) entries.
  • If you make a purchase in-store or online, you will be entered into the raffle and receive two (2) entries for every $100 purchased. *Limited to one purchase, maximum six (6) entries.

You are welcome to enter the Raffle all three ways, and we encourage you to do so! Unfortunately, you can only enter each level and receive those entries once. This is to discourage capitalistic leverage. Simply having more money to buy more entries than anyone else is not going to be rewarded, sorry. While we appreciate the financial help, we want to make this Raffle about giving back and not about rigging it to win. So if you Like, Share, Comment, Tag, you will get one Raffle Entry. If you then make a store purchase, you will get two more entries for every $100 purchased, but will only qualify to enter once, with a maximum of six entries. Lastly, if you purchase a raffle ticket for $25 you will get three entries, but will not be able to buy additional tickets for more chances. So if you support our Socials, make a Purchase of $100 and Buy a Raffle Ticket for $25, you will have a total of 6 entries into the raffle. If you shared on social, purchased $300+ and bough a Raffle Ticket, then you will have a maximum of ten 10 entries.

No single person will be able to have more than 10 entries into the Raffle.

The Odds
The short answer is, you have a great chance of winning a prize. There are over 20 prizes and a maximum of 10 entries per person. Those are pretty good odds and we intend to keep adding prizes through the weekend.

The goal is to spread some stoke to as many people as we can who have helped us through this challenge. So there will be no multiple winners. While you may have higher odds of winning, once you have one a prize, your name will be removed from the pool. That means more people will have a chance to win and the odds will improve as winners and their additional entries are taken out of the running.

Deadline

Raffle will end Monday, December 9th, 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) in Vancouver.
