The idea of this is to give your board very directional steering, meaning that the majority of the steering will come from the front truck, with the rear truck tracking behind it. This makes for an inherently stable setup, less prone to wobbles, and allows you to run your front truck nice and loose for great maneuverability without having to worry about stability.
