Flatspot Longboards: Britannia Classic Giveaway
The Britannia Classic returns for its 9th year and Flatspot Longboards is proud to be this years presenting sponsor. For 2016 we’ll be putting a little twist on one of Canada’s premiere downhill skateboard events.
The 9th annual Britannia Classic returns and Flatspot has teamed up with Unkle Events to bring you one of the raddest events of 2016. The 3 day event held just outside Squamish, BC which begins May 27th on a world class race track. For this years events riders will also have the option for a single or 3 day long, non-leather freeride.
Registration is open NOW and will remain open until full. Spots are going quick so get registered before its too late. To help spread the word about the event, registration and our partnership as presenting sponsor for 2016 we’ve created a way for not only registered riders but all you non-registered skaters* out there to WIN some gear from Flatspot or even free entry!

In addition to the already packed schedule of awesome events, we’ve decided to make the weekend even more inviting. For 2016 we’re going to be hosting $2 fun race (Race your friends, call em’ out!), a Learn-2-Race camp as well as fun style races like Switch, No Hands and Buttboard. We’ll also be BBQing at the camp to make sure you skaters are fed well, and ready for lots of skating all weekend.

The Flatspot team will be out in full force all weekend to not only skate, but have an on-site store for any last minute racer needs. We highly encourage you to tell friends and family to come enjoy a weekend of great skating and what will certainly be an exciting day of racing. While weather is expected to be in our favor there is always a chance of rain. Don’t forget we also offer full lathe services in store so get your lathe request in before the event!
